There was a time when I thought I wanted to be a nature photographer, until I realized nature photographers spend an enormous amount of time out in nature. As much as I love the outdoors, I eventually learned I am far more of a studio person at heart. Still, I made the attempt and had a good time doing it.

What you will find here are those moments when I stepped away from lights and backdrops and let the world itself be the set. My brief adventures into nature photography may not have changed my path, but they did give me a few images I still enjoy sharing.
